A delegation from the Electrochemical Society of Taiwan (ECS-Tw), led by President Professor Fu-Ming Wang, conducted an academic visit to Korea. The mission was a resounding success, yielding numerous substantive achievements.
A key milestone of this visit was the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Korean Electrochemical Society (KECS). Witnessed by distinguished scholars from both Taiwan and Korea, both parties committed to deep cooperation in areas such as international symposia, sharing of academic resources, and researcher exchange programs. This agreement aims to strengthen the strategic partnership between the two nations in the field of electrochemical science and technology.

In addition to the MOU signing, the delegation visited Seoul National University (SNU) and Yonsei University for academic exchanges, engaging in in-depth professional dialogues with Korean counterparts. These visits not only enhanced the international visibility of the Society and the laboratory but also secured valuable global networking channels for Taiwan’s academic and industrial sectors.
